Terms of Use

  1. Agreement. By pressing Play you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not press Play.
  2. Age. You must be 13 or older to play.
  3. The game. Turf War: Taipei is a free browser game. We can change, pause or stop it, or any server, at any time. We give it "as is", with no warranty.
  4. Your conduct. Do not cheat, use bots or macros, attack or overload the servers, change the game's network traffic, or harass other players. Do not use a callsign or chat that is illegal, hateful or sexual. We can remove a player, a callsign or a message.
  5. Public data. Your callsign and stats are visible to other players and on the leaderboard.
  6. Match data. We record match data (movement, aim, in-game controls and match events) and may license it, de-identified, to companies that build AI. The licensed data contains no callsign, chat or IDs. We do not try to re-identify it, and buyers must agree not to. This applies only to matches recorded from 15 October 2026. We also use match data ourselves to study the game and to train bots that play more like people. You can turn this off in Settings ("Exclude my matches from datasets"); your browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track turns it off too. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
  7. Deletion. You can ask us to delete your match data and stats. See the Privacy Policy.
  8. Our content. The game's code is open source under its license. Third-party assets keep their own licenses (see the README on GitHub).
  9. Limitation of liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss from your use of the game.
  10. Changes. We can change these Terms. We show the date and version at the top. The changed Terms apply from the next time you press Play.

  12. Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance.

  1. 同意。按下「開始」即表示你同意本條款與隱私權政策。若不同意，請不要按下「開始」。
  2. 年齡。你必須年滿 13 歲才能遊玩。
  3. 遊戲。角頭械鬥是一款免費的網頁遊戲。我們可隨時變更、暫停或停止遊戲或任何伺服器。遊戲依「現狀」提供，不附任何保證。
  4. 你的行為。不得作弊、使用外掛或巨集、攻擊或癱瘓伺服器、竄改遊戲的網路傳輸，或騷擾其他玩家。呼號與聊天內容不得違法、仇恨或含性內容。我們可移除玩家、呼號或訊息。
  5. 公開資料。你的呼號與戰績會讓其他玩家看到，也會出現在排行榜上。
  6. 對戰資料。我們會錄製對戰資料（移動、瞄準、遊戲操作與對戰事件），並可能在去識別化後授權給開發 AI 的公司。授權的資料不含呼號、聊天內容或任何 ID。我們不會嘗試重新識別這些資料，買方也必須同意不這麼做。這只適用於 2026 年 10 月 15 日起錄製的對戰。我們也自行使用對戰資料研究遊戲，並訓練玩起來更像真人的機器人。你可以在設定中關閉（「不將我的對戰納入資料集」）；瀏覽器的「全球隱私控制」或「不要追蹤」也會將它關閉。詳見隱私權政策。
  7. 刪除。你可以要求我們刪除你的對戰資料與戰績，方式見隱私權政策。
  8. 我們的內容。遊戲程式碼依其授權開放原始碼。第三方素材保有各自的授權（見 GitHub 上的 README）。
  9. 責任限制。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不對你使用遊戲造成的損失負責。
  10. 變更。我們可變更本條款，並在頁首標示日期與版本。變更後的條款自你下一次按下「開始」時適用。
  11. 聯絡。請在 GitHub 開 issue：github.com/madeyexz/turfwar。
  12. 準據法。本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法，並以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
